Attention! The price does not include an admission ticket to Creek Park (5 AED per person). All visitors need to pay for an admission ticket with a NOL card in Creek Park. If you do not have a NOL card, you can purchase it at Creek Park Gate 1 for 25 AED and you can use one card for the whole group. Please note that you must have enough money on the NOL card to pay 5 AED per each person.

Cancellation policy

After receiving confirmation of payment, tickets are non-refundable. In case of breaking the rules of behavior with dolphins or non-compliance of the Dolphinarium requirements, you may be denied access to the show and swimming with dolphins without a refund.

Dolphinarium is located at Creek Park, (Creek Park, Gate 1, Umm Hurrair 2). You can get there by:

• Underground – Dubai Healthcare City station (green metro line M2), from the station you need to go towards Dubai Creek
• Bus number C7, stop Creek Park Main Gate

• There's a free parking outside the gate provided by the Dubai municipality
