1. General Provisions

1.1. The Administration of the site online-dubai.ae (hereinafter referred to as "the Administration") publishes this Privacy Policy for users (hereinafter referred to as "the User") of the https://online-dubai.ae/ Site (hereinafter referred to as "the Site").

1.2. The Privacy Policy contains information on how personal information about the User of the Site is collected, used and disclosed.

3.5.2. Time of visit to the Site and subsequent actions of the User on the Site.

3.5.3. Information automatically obtained with the help of cookies, in accordance with the Sites Cookies Policy.

3.5.4. Other personal information that the User provided to the Administration in connection with implementation of the Site.

3.6. The User undertakes to provide the Administration with reliable and up-to-date information about his personal data. In case the Administration finds facts of the provision of inaccurate or irrelevant information, the Administration has the right to refuse the User to provide services.

4. Abidance with the User's rights under the GDPR standards

The User may request from the Administration confirmation of the fact of processing his data, the place and purpose of processing, the categories of personal data being processed, to which third parties personal data are disclosed, the period during which the data will be processed, as well as clarify the source of receipt by the Administration of personal information and require its correction at any time in accordance with the standards of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

4.2. The User has the right to exercise the right to oblivion at any time, implying removal of the User's personal information at his request, in accordance with the standards of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), upon termination of processing of the User's personal information, the Administration cannot provide the User with the opportunity to use the Site.

4.3. The User can use a right to data portability, namely to require the Administration to provide a free electronic copy of the personal information to another company in accordance with the standards of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).


5. The purposes of using personal information

5.1. The Administration uses the User's personal information for strictly defined purposes only, in particular, specified purposes include:

5.1.1. Allowing the User to use the Site.

5.1.2. Informing the User about opportunities associated with use of the Site and services provided by the Administration and its partners.

6.1.4. Accuracy. Personal information that is inaccurate is deleted or is subject to correction at a request of the User.

7. Protection of personal information

7.1. The Administration guarantees that it will not disclose or transfer personal information about the User to third parties, except in the cases expressly provided by the current legislation and the Policy.

The Administration undertakes to take all necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the personal information about the User from unauthorized or accidental access of third parties, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as other unlawful actions of third parties.

7.4. All credit/debit cards’ details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties

7.5. The Administration will not pass any debit/credit card details to third parties.

7.7. The Administration is not responsible for the privacy policies of websites to which it links. If you provide any information to such third parties different rules regarding the collection and use of your personal information may apply. 8. Provision of personal information to third parties

8.1. The Administration has the right to transfer personal information about the User to third parties - partners of the Administration, who will actually provide services to the User.

8.2. The Site can contain links, including advertising, to other Internet resources. These Internet resources and their content are not verified by the Administration, in particular, the Administration does not control the use of the personal information of the User by the specified Internet resources.

8.4. The User understands that the Administration in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is obliged to notify the regulatory authorities of any violations related to use of personal information within 72 hours after the discovery of such violation.


9. Changing the Privacy Policy

9.1. The Administration reserves the right at any time to amend any clause of the Privacy Policy, while not allowing the inclusion in the Policy of provisions that are contrary to applicable law. When making changes to the current version, the date of the last update is indicated. The new version of the Policy shall come into force from the moment of its placement unless otherwise provided by the Policy.

9.2. The User should monitor changes in the Privacy Policy for possible changes regularly.

10.1.
