- For animal safety, you should take off all jewellery and accessories (including hair accessories) before swimming
- During the dolphin experience, one adult can accompany not more than three children under the age of 12
- Filming at Dolphin Bay and Sea Lion Center is prohibited
Cancellation policy
- Over 72 hours in advance – no charges applied
- Less than 72 hours in advance – 50% of booked cost will be charged
- Less than 24 hours in advance – 100% of booked cost will be charged
- If you don’t come – 100% of booked cost will be charged
