Horrible dirty staff Food is stale and smelly Is the food authorities not checking on such dhow surprising Having teens and they may fall sick as food is expired smelly which cannot be consumed

I have not experienced worst staff and services then this dhow cruise. Food quality and quantity both was poor. Drinking water was not available. Expired bread has been served. My kuds has been treated very rudely by the lady receptionist. I will never recommend this company for any family gathering....

Absolutely loved the ambience and service. It was very entertaining and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Food can be made better, but it was all worth the price. We could not enjoy fountain show and laser show at festival city cause in September it was available only on Friday.

I visited dhow cruise last night and I must say I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. The cruise started at sharp 9 pm (little bit later) followed by a welcome drink and songs sung by lady artists. Buffet dinner was not vast but well satiated by all. Around in 1 hour we saw traditional dance - Tanour. We were allowed to go up the deck and enjoy the view from above, it was amazing view of the night Dubai. Also there was a photographer who clicked pics and later showed us it, if you want you can buy. The entire 2 hours were properly managed. The staff was courteous. I would recommend this dhow cruise anytime.
