We recommend watching the singing fountains from the ground. Most of the sightseeing tours in Dubai include a stop at the fountains. You can get the water taxi which sails from 05:45 pm to 10:45 pm on the artificial Burj Lake (the time may vary, check the schedule before booking). If you want to take beautiful photos without crowds of tourists, we recommend visiting the Boardwalk floating platform with 272 meters length. Dubai Fountains Show Schedule

According to official information, evening shows run every half an hour from 06:00 pm to 11:00 pm, but in practice, the intervals and start times can vary. The schedule may also change depending on the season. During the day, the show runs at 01:30 pm and 02:00 pm (during the quarantine period in 2020, the day shows may not be running).

How to buy a ticket

After confirming the order, you will receive an e-ticket to your email. You will need to exchange it for a paper ticket at the pre-booked tickets box office. You must have a passport with you. The ticket office is located to the left on the ground floor of the Dubai Mall. The ticket office, Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa are located at the same complex.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. The ticket is booked for a specific date and time. Rescheduling for another time or date is possible no later than 48 hours before the date of the ticket.

2. Please mind that in case of loss or damage of the ticket, refund is not possible, a new ticket is not issued.

How to get to the Dancing Fountains Dubai

The way to the Dancing Fountains is the same as to Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall.

For visitors by car: Burj Khalifa is located next to the first junction on Sheikh Zayed Road. Take the first exit onto Financial Center Road (formerly Doha Street). The entrance road to Dubai Mall will be on your right.

For visitors by metro: you need to get to Burj Khalifa station. Please note that walking from the metro station to the At the Top counter in Burj Khalifa takes approximately 20 minutes. From the station, it is better to walk along the covered Metro Bridge to the Dubai Mall.
